4 Ingredient The Super Mario Bros. Princess Peach Ice Cream
Super easy no churn Princess Peach inspired peach flavoured ice cream topped with tinned peaches and gummy mushrooms.
Ingredients
The Super Mario Bros. Movie Princess Peach ice cream:
- 600 ml [22.5 oz] double [heavy] cream
- ½ tin condensed milk
- Up to 5 drops extra strong peach extract
- Pink food colouring liquid or gel
Toppings:
- 1 can tinned peaches
- Candy/gummy mushrooms
Instructions
The Super Mario Bros. Movie Princess Peach Ice Cream:
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the cream and condensed milk until combined.
- Add a few drops of extra strong peach extract and a few drops of pink food colouring. Start small with the food colouring - you can add more bit by bit if you want a more intense pink tint!
- Using an electric whisk, whip the mixture until thick and smooth. It doesn’t need to be able to hold its shape as such, just nice and thick.
- Pour the ice cream mixture into a 2lb loaf tin (or any deep tin that can go in the freezer!) and smooth the surface over with a palette knife or the back of a spoon.
- Freeze until solid for at least 5 hours, preferably overnight.
- When ready to serve, leave the ice cream out for around 10 minutes to soften a little at room temperature, then scoop into your chosen dishes/glasses.
- Top with a couple of spoons of tinned peaches and a few gummy mushrooms. Alternatively, finish with your own chosen toppings!

This Princess Peach ice cream can be enjoyed for up to 3 months and doesn’t need to be covered in the freezer - just the tin or freezer-friendly container is all you need. Enjoy!
